I've been to this place before and had a great experience but today was horrible. I was scheduled for 9 a.m., I arrived on time. I was scheduled for 90 mins and the lady asked me twice was I getting 90 min or 60, I replied 90. She pointed at the price list and I said, I'm good with the price. She ran my card for $105, I added a $10 tip. (Before the service) They lady told me that $10 wasn't enough, she needed at least $30... because she's good at her massage. I told her, no. She then stated that she can give me a 60 min massage for the $105 plus the $10 tip. I requested a refund, she stated that she could give me cash, I said, ok. She wanted to keep the receipt with the $115, I told her that I needed to correct the amount to the $105 that she gave me. She didn't like that!! 😕 I updated my receipt and left. WHO OWNS THIS PLACE??? Y'all should be ashamed and closed.

On arrival, the Owner asked us to wait while she got an employee to come in to work This was our very first massage, and was a birthday present for me , WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! , I think the employee was mad that she had to come in to work, and took it out on my back. I wasn’t sure what a massage was supposed to feel like not ever having had one, but I know at certain moments I let the employee know that it was hurting, this review is the next day and my back is in more pain than after the the day of the massage; I’m hoping the owner will refund me $70 of the $140 Plus tip that was paid due to this (I feel) intentional torture. I will say the hot stones was the best part

My husband and I went in for a half our session and it was amazing! My husband got a 30 minute foot and I did a 30 minute back/shoulder and we loved it! Our 3 year old daughter was with us and she was able to sit in the room with us while these amazing gals worked out our aches and pain. They are reasonably priced and very accommodating. We will be back soon! We did pay for the service before the appointment which I feel is appropriate but she told us to wait to tip until after our session.
